Job Description

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders on talent and growth priorities
  • Drive workforce planning, organisation design, and capability development
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle from hiring through to development and retention
  • Partner with talent acquisition on hiring strategies for niche, technical roles
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen organisational culture
  • Support change management, transformation, and regional HR projects
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local regulations and internal governance standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles in an MNC environment
  • Experience supporting high-growth or newly established business segments
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Hands-on experience across talent management and organisational development
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven HR practices
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
