Job Description
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders on talent and growth priorities
- Drive workforce planning, organisation design, and capability development
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from hiring through to development and retention
- Partner with talent acquisition on hiring strategies for niche, technical roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen organisational culture
- Support change management, transformation, and regional HR projects
- Ensure HR practices comply with local regulations and internal governance standards
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles in an MNC environment
- Experience supporting high-growth or newly established business segments
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Hands-on experience across talent management and organisational development
- Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven HR practices
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
