As part of a strategic team expansion, there is now a rare opportunity to join the team as a HR Business Partner to drive key organisational objectives and serce as a key advisor to the leadership team.

about the job

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a pivotal Human Resources Business Partner role, overseeing the complete employee lifecycle and acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

  • Strategize and implement HR policies across the full spectrum of functions including recruitment, compensation, performance, and employee relations.

  • Drive the adoption of automation and modern digital tools within HR to boost productivity and ensure ethical, compliant usage of new technology.

  • Spearhead key people initiatives related to people development, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment processes from end-to-end, manage talent acquisition, and implement employer branding initiatives.

  • Manage the performance review, goal setting, and succession planning frameworks, providing coaching to managers.

  • Ensure absolute compliance with all local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP).


skills and experience required

The ideal candidate is a highly professional and strategic HR leader with a focus on comprehensive HR management and digital adoption.

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of total HR experience, with at least 3-5 years operating in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

  • Proven expertise in local employment legislation and HR best practices, including conflict resolution and performance management.

  • Demonstrated adaptability and a strong digital mindset, with awareness of AI and automation for HR functions.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
