Job Description & Requirements

. Responsible for payroll & CPF contributions for all employees under Singapore / Malaysia employment.

. Advertising and sourcing of available positions.

. Arranging interviews, screening, and trainings where necessary.

. Ensuring all government regulations regarding foreign hires are followed.

. Guiding Workers through onboarding orientations and exit interviews.

. Ensuring new hires are in the Facial Recognition System.

Internship Management

. Liaise with local institutions to source and recruit interns

. Coordinate intern interviews, screening, onboarding, and required training programs

. Ensure full compliance with government regulations and legal requirements for foreign interns and hires

. Oversee and guide interns throughout the internship program

. Prepare and compile HR and other ad-hoc reports.
