Job Description

We are supporting an established multinational organisation in Singapore with the appointment of a HR Business Partner. This is a broad, hands-on HR role where you will partner closely with managers and employees while owning important areas of HR including recruitment, compensation, workforce reporting, benefits, training, and HR systems.

If you enjoy working directly with the business, are passionate about how HR operates, and thrive in utilising data and technology to make better people decisions - this may be an interesting next step!

What You Will Be Doing

Whilst this HR Business Partner role spans the full employee lifecycle, you can expect to:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and other initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support annual salary reviews, merit increments, bonus payouts, and compensation processes.
  • Coordinate training plans and support broader HR projects including process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Prepare workforce reports, dashboards and HR metrics to support management decision-making and identify workforce trends.
  • Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters and providing practical HR guidance and support.
  • Manage key HR operations including payroll, statutory submissions, benefits administration, and annual compensation processes.
  • Help strengthen HR systems, processes, and employee experience through the effective use of data and technology.

What We Are Looking For

We are open to speaking with HR professionals with broad generalist experience and who are comfortable operating across both HR business partnering and HR operations.

You should be degree-qualified with at least 2-5 years of HR experience gained with an MNC, manufacturing, or engineering environment. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise managers on people matters. You pay strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage operational HR processes independently and reliably. Prior experience supporting an HRIS implementation would also be advantageous.

Why Consider This Opportunity

This role could suit someone who enjoys the breadth of a generalist HR role but wants to develop further as a HR Business Partner. You will have the opportunity to work closely with business leaders while retaining ownership across HR operations, analytics, and employee initiatives.

To Apply

Please write in with an updated CV to [Confidential Information] quoting the above job title. We would love to hear about your experience balancing HR partnering with HR operations, or about a time you led a HR project end-to-end. We look forward to hearing from you!
