We seek an experienced, hands-on HR Business Partner to lead all Human Resources functions and strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted HR partner to the CEO, independently managing daily HR operations. Key responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, policy development, SOPs, KPI frameworks, workforce planning, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner
- Collaborate with employees, stakeholders, and business leaders to understand organizational challenges, analyze company issues, and develop people strategies and HR initiatives that drive performance, growth, and cost efficiency-while providing actionable insights and solutions to the CEO.
- Champion employee engagement and well-being to drive retention, while monitoring workforce trends and performance to proactively identify talent gaps and support effective workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and manpower budgeting.
- Lead talent management and acquisition, ensuring the right cultural fit, implementing retention strategies as needed, and strengthening the company's best employer brand through HR best practices.
- Manage employee relations with a balanced, pragmatic approach, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes, compliance with policies, and alignment with the company's values and leadership principles.
- Establish and manage SOPs across all functions, develop and monitor KPI strategies, and plan townhalls and collective sessions to drive employee engagement and operational excellence.
- Act as a change agent, partnering with teams to drive transformation and support organizational growth initiatives.
- Oversee payroll processing, manpower planning, and appraisal exercises, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance with statutory and company requirements, and alignment with workforce strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)is a plus.
- Partner, encompassing talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Experience in manpower planning, succession planning, organizational development, and performance management.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders to establish SOPs and KPI frameworks and drive organizational change and transformation.
- Experienced in managing complex employee relations matters with empathy, careful judgment, and professionalism.
