1 Year Contract HR Business Partner (Education)
Salary: $3500
Location: Boon Lay
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
Duration: 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Business Partners in HR operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Shared Services team in the timely appointment, re-appointment, promotion, and transfer of research staff.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required, ensuring their timely delivery and alignment with the organisation's objectives.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree with 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource
- Excellent interpersonal skills in building rapport and trusting relationship with various stakeholders
- Collaborative and is a strong team player who can drive optimal results
