Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business and organizational objectives.
- Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with managers by providing HR guidance, coaching, and advisory support on people-related matters.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including handling enquiries, workplace concerns, investigations, and resolution of employee issues.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through effective employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Support recruitment activities and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement people-focused solutions that enhance business performance.
- Contribute to HR strategy, organizational planning, and continuous process improvements.
- Participate in HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR Business Partner or generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
