A leading international Fintech organisation is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner on a fixed term contract for 8 Months

About the Job

This role partners with business leaders and managers to deliver strategic and operational HR support across a diverse, international workforce. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Human Resources Business Partner will help drive talent initiatives, while ensuring people practices remain aligned with business objectives and local employment requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on employee lifecycle matters, organisational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Support the implementation of people initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, performance, and retention.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management and HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with centres of excellence and regional stakeholders to deliver consistent HR programmes and processes across the business.
  • Contribute to organisational change initiatives, including team expansions, and business transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, internal policies, and governance requirements across assigned business groups.

The Team

Reporting to a senior HR leader, this role forms part of a collaborative regional HR team supporting employees and managers across Singapore and APAC.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be degree educated with 8+ years of Human Resources experience, including exposure to HR business partnering within start up and multinational, technology, professional services, financial services, or similarly complex environments. You have experience supporting managers on employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, and organisational change, together with a sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build credibility with leaders and employees at all levels.
