Responsibilities:
- Entertain office incoming calls, emails & enquiries
- Assist in recruitment processes, reach out to potential applicants to share available jobs and promote job referrals
- Use a variety of sourcing channels such as job portal platforms and LinkedIn
- Screen & assess job applicants
- Coordinate interviews & manage job offers
- Handle onboarding matters
- Assist the department data entry & administrative task needed
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Min. A level & above in any field of study.
- Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
