This HR Business Partner role goes beyond traditional HR. You will play a key role in shaping an AI-first organization, partnering closely with Tech and Operations leaders to scale high-performing teams, enhance organizational effectiveness, and embed a culture rooted in first principles thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership across Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to drive people strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Own and execute end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior technical talent, ensuring a strong candidate experience and smooth onboarding within a fast-scaling environment.
- Drive performance management frameworks using data and insights, while fostering a collaborative, high-impact culture across a diverse, global workforce.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and support a lean operating model.
- Oversee HR operations in Singapore, including compliance with local employment laws, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, ideally within high-growth tech or AI-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling technical teams (Engineering, Data, AI) in Singapore.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform workforce planning, retention strategies, and performance outcomes.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations, including the Employment Act and EP/COMPASS framework.
- A problem-solving approach grounded in first principles, with the ability to challenge conventional practices.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
