Job Description:
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal engagement activities and events from concept to completion
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver engaging and memorable employee experiences
Measure and review the effectiveness and impact of employee engagement initiatives for improving future projects
Draft and edit internal communication content for newsletters, intranet updates, and corporate materials
Monitor employee engagement levels through regular checks and feedback sessions
Assist in organizing learning sessions and training logistics, maintain learning records and support employee development initiatives
Assist with HR administrative tasks and cross-functional projects to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR, event planning, or internal communications
Energetic and service-oriented, with a genuine passion for people and culture
Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
