Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Recruitment Specialist, where you'll oversee the entire hiring process and actively enhance candidate experiences to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job postings to offer acceptance, ensuring a streamlined and timely hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and job qualifications. Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks, to build a robust talent pool. Review resumes and engage potential candidates to ensure optimal fit for each position. Maintain open communication with hiring managers, providing regular updates on sourcing progress. Generate periodic reports on recruitment activities and results to ensure alignment with hiring goals. Meet hiring targets with a strong focus on quality and timeliness in placements. Cultivate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate engagement. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role. Prior experience with direct labor mass recruitment is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Independent, meticulous, and adept at multitasking. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and priority management. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.
