Job Description

Purpose of the Role : Supports the HR team in delivering efficient and compliant HR services across recruitment, employee lifecycle, and administrative functions.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Support onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities
  • Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters
  • Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
  • Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
  • Managing eLeave in Workday and reporting
  • HR administrative such as maintaining for Pfiles, employee information in Workday system
  • Manages day - day operations issues I.e. Blue Collars Workers (Operators)
  • Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/ HR with at least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Approachable disposition
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Deal with Mandarin-speaking internal customers
  • Ability to prioritize and be logical in thoughts process
