Purpose of the Role : Supports the HR team in delivering efficient and compliant HR services across recruitment, employee lifecycle, and administrative functions.
Job Description & Requirements
- Support onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities
- Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters
- Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
- Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
- Managing eLeave in Workday and reporting
- HR administrative such as maintaining for Pfiles, employee information in Workday system
- Manages day - day operations issues I.e. Blue Collars Workers (Operators)
- Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/ HR with at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Approachable disposition
- Able to multi-task
- Able to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment
- Deal with Mandarin-speaking internal customers
- Ability to prioritize and be logical in thoughts process
