- Assist with recruitment exercise, onboarding activities includes orientation and offboarding activities
- Manage foreign employee work pass related matters
- Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
- Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
- Manage employees Leave & files in Workday system
- Reporting HR administrative such as maintaining for files, employee information in Workday system
- Manage daily operations issues
- Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or HR
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
