Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment process and manage candidates
- Reach out to applicants to share available jobs
- Use a variety of sourcing channels such as job portal platforms and LinkedIn
- Assist to screen and assess potential candidates
- Ensure clear relay of candidate/interviewer expectations
- Guide & coordinate new hires for work on-boarding
- Assist in any administrative task as needed
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Min. A level & above in any field of study.
- Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
