Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in daily HR operations across the region (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Thailand). This role will focus on HR administration, employee records management, payroll coordination, and general HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records across multiple countries, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Monitor and track employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets
  • Assist in claims verification and processing in accordance with company policies
  • Support payroll processing for assigned countries, including data preparation and coordination
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation as required
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate with regional offices on HR-related matters
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll and HR systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a regional/multi-country environment
