Job Responsibilities
As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Your role will focus on employee relations, recruitment, record-keeping, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, induction, and exit interviews.
. Coordinate training schedules and track employee development initiatives.
. Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, including payroll support and leave management.
. Help manage employee benefits and ensure timely processing of claims.
. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
. Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations and other employment laws.
. Maintain a filing system for HR documents and records.
. Assist with any other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
. Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is preferred but not required.
. Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations is a plus.
. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP, HRIS) is advantageous.
. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
. Experience with MOM compliance and HR reporting is a plus.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
