Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a leading organization as an HR Assistant Manager, where your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing HR functions and driving compliance. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  2. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  3. Establish and enhance HR internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, offering guidance and resolving professional issues.
  5. Support management in organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management strategies.
  6. Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR records and documentation.
  7. Lead or assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  8. Provide HR advice to stakeholders and contribute to key decision-making processes.
  9. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure HR practices comply with governance standards.
  10. Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced setting.
  11. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and compliance.
  3. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  4. Experience in internal controls and audit processes.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
  6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  9. HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) and experience in a fast-paced or regional environment is advantageous.
