We are delighted to be supporting our client, a privateequitybacked international organisation in the search for an ambitious and driven HR Assistant Manager to join their Singapore team.
As part of a lean and agile HR function, the HR Assistant Manager will play a critical role in strengthening the company's people operations and supporting a wide range of talent and organisational initiatives. You will take ownership of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, HRIS management, performance cycles, and policy governance while working with the HR Director to review and improve processes and HR frameworks.
Working closely with the HR Director and regional stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted partner to employees and people leaders, offering guidance, insights, and handson support as the organisation navigates expansion, transformation, and ongoing optimisation driven by its PE investment strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring solid generalist HR experience within an MNC or progressive corporate environment, strong problemsolving capability, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity with professionalism and maturity.
