Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Administer employment pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation in accordance with prevailing regulations.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of orientation, exit procedures, and employment documentation.

  • Process monthly payroll for 100+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

  • Support the annual compensation review process, including salary increments, bonuses, and related payroll adjustments.

  • Manage leave administration, including leave entitlement setup, leave applications, and replacement leave records.

  • Coordinate annual tax-related matters for employees, including tax clearance and liaison with appointed external tax consultants.

  • Administer statutory claims, including government-related childcare and maternity benefit submissions.

  • Manage employee insurance administration, including enrolment, termination, and policy updates.

  • Coordinate employee learning and development initiatives, including training administration and related documentation.

  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including final payments and related processes for departing employees.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, providing HR guidance and supporting the resolution of workplace issues and disciplinary matters where appropriate.

  • Prepare and maintain employment-related documents, including employment verification letters, certification letters, and other HR correspondence.

  • Assist employees with employment-related requests.

  • Prepare HR reports and support HR initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 to 10 years of HR generalist experience with exposure to the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.

  • Practical experience in talent acquisition, payroll administration, work pass management, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

  • Familiar with employment legislation, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across different stakeholders.

  • Meticulous, proactive, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of accountability and problem-solving ability.
