Position
HR Assistant Manager at a Japanese company

Key Responsibilities

  • Support for recruitment activities

  • Assistance with the administration of the HR evaluation system (HRIQ)

  • Support for application, renewal, and cancellation of work visas and dependent visas

  • Administration of employee insurance

  • Arrangement of medical check-ups and health screenings for expatriates

  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist

  • Knowledge of HR systems, as well as digitalization and automation, is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Singapore labor law and experience working in a multicultural environment

  • Japanese language proficiency is an advantage (required for internal and external communication)
