Responsibilities
. Provide day-to-day support in full spectrum HR and administrative functions
. Maintain records and documentation in an organised, accurate and timely manner
. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
. Track HR metrics and prepare regular reports and analysis
. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and statutory requirements
. Assist in talent acquisition, including managing job postings, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
. Assist in learning & development, including the sourcing and coordination of training programs
. Provide support in compensation surveys
. Support HR events, including staff welfare and engagement activities
. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
. Minimum diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field
. Fresh graduates are welcome
. Basic understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Strong planning and organisational skills
. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
