HR Assistant (Have driving license, Training provided/Fresh welcome)

Location: Chai Chee

Department: HR department

Training will be provided

Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm

Job Description

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Support HR with onboarding new hires, offboarding and other administrative tasks.
• Respond to general HR-related inquiries from employees.
• Conduct housing inspection of foreign workers residence and maintain records.
• Carry out routine workplace housekeeping inspection and maintenance records.
• To assist in any other daily personnel duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Willing to learn
• No experience needed as training will be provided
• Have driving license
