Support the recruitment process for staff-level positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangements and offer preparation.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including pre-employment documentation, employment contracts, orientation and HR system setup.
Assist with work pass applications and related matters, including Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit applications, renewals and cancellations.
Support employee offboarding processes, including resignation documentation, clearance and exit procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and respond to employees HR-related enquiries.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR letters and documents, including employment letters, confirmation letters and other HR correspondence.
Assist in managing employee leave, attendance and other HR records.
Liaise with employees and relevant departments to ensure smooth HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Support HR projects and perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
Comfortable and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees overseas
Must have good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
