Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and team management while contributing to our inclusive and multicultural work environment.
Job Description:
. Assist in full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with TAFEP guidelines
. Collaborate with team members to organize employee engagement initiatives and promote work-life balance
Job Requirements:
. Min. GCE O levels or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Location: International Plaza (near to Tanjong Pagar mrt)
Working hours: Monday- Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
