Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties for workers only.
  • First point of contact for all worker's HR-related queries.
  • Handle all work pass-related matters including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation.
  • Work with recruitment agency on the hiring of workers.
  • Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations, inductions.
  • Administer recruitment, resignation, termination, promotion, benefits.
  • Generation of all HR-related documents and letters.
  • Maintain and update employees personal records.
  • Administer and handle all foreign workers natters as per regulations,
  • Administer workers welfare
  • Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma with at least 1year of working experience
  • Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels
  • Good knowledge and familiar with employment regulations
  • Ability to work with MS word and Excel
  • Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin as needed to liaise with the Chinese client.
