Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general admin support to Human Resource Department
  • Responsible for work pass related matters applications, renewals, cancellations etc.
  • Prepare letter of appointment confirmation, termination, warning, salary revision etc.
  • Need to know the local employment law and payroll calculations
  • Manage and maintain employee's records
  • Process tax clearance for foreign employees
  • Prepare monthly project schedule and report
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record
  • Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR preferred
  • Familiar of MOM rules and regulations is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and meticulous in work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team and independently
