Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Officer to join our dynamic team. The HR Assistant/Officer will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc.)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, HR Administrator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Fresh graduate and no experience are welcome
