Responsibilities
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR & Administration Executive to support the full spectrum of human resource functions and day-to-day administrative operations.
You will cover the following :
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, offboarding, etc.
- Maintain HR records, policies, procedures and employee documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with relevant requirements.
- Coordinate training and staff development activities, including registrations, logistics, participant communications, training materials, attendance, certification and post-training administration.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities and corporate events, including celebrations, staff gifts and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide meeting and management support, including Board and internal meeting coordination, scheduling, venue arrangements, meeting logistics and administrative support to the GM.
- Manage general office administration, procurement, logistics, asset inventory, office supplies and vendor coordination to support smooth daily operations.
- Maintain and review corporate policies, SOPs, registry and document management systems, and support SSG, ISO and other compliance requirements.
- Monitor business and tender opportunities, including GeBIZ and Tender Board, and coordinate documentation and administrative requirements for submissions, including client and general enquiries received through shared communication channels, ensuring appropriate routing, tracking and timely follow-up.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on meetings, training, projects, documentation and other operational requirements.
- Undertake other HR, administrative and operational duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in HR and/or administrative functions, preferably in a role covering a broad range of responsibilities.
- Good understanding of HR practices, payroll administration, recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong organisational, coordination, multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HR, administrative and online systems.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
- Experience in training administration, procurement, tender support, policy/SOP documentation or records management would be an advantage.
