HR & Admin Executive
(Graduate Trainee - with full-time conversion based on performance)

Responsibilities:
Administrative & Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain inventory orders.
- Track inventory movements and ensure timely replenishment of stock and supplies.
- Coordinate procurement requests and liaise with vendors for purchases and deliveries.
Database & Record Management
- Manage and update company databases, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of both physical and electronic records.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between the company and external partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Coordinate administrative matters with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on outstanding requests, documentation, and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination across all parties.
General Administration
- Support office operations and administrative processes.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in inventory management, database administration, or HR administration is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Location: Serangoon Area
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
