Job Description

HR cum Accounts Officer (Full-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Accounts Officer to support our growing team. This part-time remote role is ideal for someone with HR/recruitment experience and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates
  • Maintain recruitment and HR records
  • Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
  • Prepare monthly payroll in coordination with accounts
  • Manage statutory contributions (e.g., CPF in Singapore)
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Handle MOM-related matters (for Singapore context, such as work passes)
  • Support basic accounting tasks (data entry, invoices, expense tracking)
  • Process supplier invoices and payments
  • Issue invoices to clients and follow up on collections
  • Maintain accounting and administrative files

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, accounts, or administration
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with payroll and accounting software (e.g., Infotech, QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Able to work independently and commit to a stable weekly schedule
