HR cum Accounts Officer (Full-Time, Remote)
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Accounts Officer to support our growing team. This part-time remote role is ideal for someone with HR/recruitment experience and basic accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates
- Maintain recruitment and HR records
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
- Prepare monthly payroll in coordination with accounts
- Manage statutory contributions (e.g., CPF in Singapore)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Handle MOM-related matters (for Singapore context, such as work passes)
- Support basic accounting tasks (data entry, invoices, expense tracking)
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Issue invoices to clients and follow up on collections
- Maintain accounting and administrative files
Requirements:
- Experience in HR, recruitment, accounts, or administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with payroll and accounting software (e.g., Infotech, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Able to work independently and commit to a stable weekly schedule
