About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable HR & Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day HR and office administration functions of our company.
This role focuses on core HR coordination and administrative support, and is suitable for someone interacting with staff, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
HR Operations
- Support recruitment activities (job postings, interview coordination, onboarding arrangements)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with leave, attendance, and basic payroll coordination
- Handle staff queries on HR-related matters
Work Pass & Compliance Support
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for HR and regulatory requirements
Administrative Support
- Support general office administration and coordination
- Manage insurance renewals and basic documentation tracking
- Assist with internal communications and staff notices
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant HR/admin experience preferred
- Familiarity with work pass processes is an advantage
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable communicating with staff at all levels
