Job Responsibilities:
. Manage office supplies, pantry replenishment, and general office administration.
. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, documentation, exit clearance, handover).
. Maintain accurate employee records, fingerprint registration, leave tracking, benefits administration, and timesheets).
. Handle work pass applications, issuance, renewal and cancellation (including MOM submissions, foreign worker bonds, PCP matters, etc.)
. Support annual performance review exercise
. Assist full-cycle recruitment process (job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and preparation of employment contracts).
. Assist in preparing HR-related documentation (confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus letters, etc.)
. Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities.
. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant admin experience.
. Good communication and interactive skills.
. Responsible, meticulous and thorough.
. Positive attitude, eager to learn.
. Proficient in Microsoft office 365 (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).
