Job Description

Admin Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Provide support with personal tasks when needed

HR Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and tracking their application status
  • Create, post, and update job advertisements
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and professional communication
  • Offer support with personal tasks as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of A Levels or a Polytechnic Diploma
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
