Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Handle payroll administration and employee benefits
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labour regulations
Support HR systems and employee data management
Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination
Manage procurement of office supplies and services
Arrange business travel (flights, accommodation, visas)
Maintain company records, licenses, and statutory documentation
Provide administrative support to management as required
Job Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR and office administration
Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a small team environment
Able to commence work on short notice is an advantage
