As HR and Admin Executive, your primary responsibilities involveexecution ofvariousHR operational tasks and handling of office administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource
- Support end-to-end recruitment process from job postings, sourcing, coordinating interviews to new hires orientation for smooth onboarding.
- Assist in payroll-related tasks, including preparation, verification, and addressing payroll enquiries.
- Assist in sourcing and implementation of training programs that meet staff developmental needs.
- Support performance management process, administer employee benefits and compensation matters.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and documentations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies and regulations.
- Perform HR administrative duties such as processing of work passes, preparation of employment agreement, confirmation letters, monthly reports and metrices.
- Administer offboarding processes.
Administration
- Provide administrative support in scheduling and coordination of meetings, employee relations events, travel arrangements, visa application, expense report and claims.
- Manage office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform any other tasks as the need arises.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Professional qualification with prior experience in HR and office administration. Experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
