Our client is one of the leading global brokerage firm and they are now looking for a HR Advisor to join their team.

about the job
This role will cover the full spectrum of HR functions, excluding payroll, with a focus on supporting the organization's strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a sound understanding of HR best practices, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire integration.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Advise on employee development initiatives and training programs.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

skills and experience required

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related studies
  • At least 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience
  • Highly organized, self motivated and driven individual
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and self-starter.
