HR Opportunities (New Roles)

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire two HR professionals to join our Singapore HR team. These are newly created roles that offer exposure to new entity setups, business expansion initiatives and a wide range of HR operational activities.

Depending on your experience, expertise and career aspirations, the successful candidate may be offered either the HR Advisor or HR Advisor (Junior) position.

Both roles are fully onsite and highly hands-on, providing excellent opportunities for learning, development and meaningful contribution within a dynamic and growing organization.

Job Title: HR Advisor

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, Singapore, the HR Advisor will be responsible for managing complex HR operational matters, serving as the subject matter expert for work passes and employment compliance, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to the growth of newly established entities and evolving business operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage complex employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, transfers, promotions, organizational restructuring and employee data management.
  • Develop and draft employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation, delivering practical, compliant and commercially sound solutions to meet evolving business and workforce needs.
  • Ensure HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Partner closely with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee changes.

Work Pass & Immigration Management

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all work pass and immigration matters.
  • Personally manage end-to-end work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals and related submissions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain appropriate HR documentation.

Business Growth & Projects

  • Support the setup and operationalization of new business entities and workforce structures.
  • Participate in HR projects, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing and service-oriented HR function.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong hands-on HR operations expertise.
  • Extensive experience managing Singapore work pass matters and employment compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR operational best practices.
  • Experience managing complex HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
