The HR Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the HR function across multiple physiotherapy clinic locations. This role ensures accurate HR documentation, smooth coordination of HR processes, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position is highly detail-oriented and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations.
KeyResponsibilities
1.HR Administration & Documentation
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook, code of conduct, and confidentiality agreements. Also includes supporting updates to the HR Employee Handbook.
