BUTLER is seeking a capable and driven HR Administration Officer to support Human Resources operations, recruitment, and organisational initiatives across the company.
This role offers direct exposure to HR execution, recruitment strategy, stakeholder engagement, and internal coordination within a structured and standards-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of applicants
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications professionally
- Support interview processes and candidate selection decisions
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation
- Assist with HR operations, payroll coordination, and policy implementation
- Support planning and execution of career fairs, events, and internal initiatives
- Manage communication with external partners, institutions, and agencies
- Leverage digital tools to improve HR workflows and operational efficiency
