Job Description

Position Overview

As the HR and Administration lead for the Singapore office, you will be responsible for all aspects of local HR and administrative management, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and office operations. You will work closely with the headquarters and global HRC team to ensure the effective implementation of organizational and talent strategies that support sustainable business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead local recruitment and talent acquisition efforts according to business plans, ensuring hiring efficiency and talent quality.
  2. Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, promote cross-department collaboration, and foster a positive and efficient work environment.
  3. Collaborate with the global HR team to organize onboarding, training, and professional development programs to enhance employee capability and business understanding.
  4. Provide insights on local compensation and benefits trends, offer recommendations to maintain competitiveness while ensuring alignment with budget and company policies.
  5. Implement and continuously optimize local HR and administrative policies and processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  6. Support regional or country management on workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and motivation initiatives.
  7. Oversee office administration and operations, ensuring a well-functioning and employee-friendly workplace environment.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience; experience in the internet, media, or multinational industries is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of Singapore's labor laws and HR practices; experience in office administration is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
  5. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively with headquarters and cross-regional teams.
