About Us

Ishtara Jewellery Pte Ltd, Luvenus Jewellery Pte Ltd, and Luvenus Jewellery Hong Kong are established jewellery brands with operations in Singapore and Hong Kong. With a combined workforce of approximately 100 employees, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR & Administration Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Corporate Administration functions across our Group.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.
  • Handle employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, disciplinary matters, and terminations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Address employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Support management on manpower planning and staffing requirements.

Payroll, Leave & Benefits Administration

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Administer CPF contributions, IR8A submissions, annual tax filings, leave records, attendance records, and employee benefits.
  • Process employee medical claims, insurance claims, and staff welfare matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and payroll regulations.

Compliance & Employment Matters

  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM requirements, and employment-related legislation.
  • Stay updated on changes to labour laws and HR regulations.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
  • Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, termination letters, HR notices, and other HR documentation.
  • Liaise with government agencies, auditors, consultants, and external service providers where required.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Manage and maintain OpenSoft and Info-Tech HR Software.
  • Ensure proper administration of payroll, leave, attendance, and employee records within the HR systems.
  • Prepare HR reports relating to manpower, payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment, and staff turnover.
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.

Hong Kong HR Administration

No prior Hong Kong HR experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.

  • Support basic HR administration matters relating to Luvenus Jewellery Hong Kong.
  • Coordinate employee records, payroll information, leave administration, and HR documentation.
  • Liaise with external service providers and consultants in Hong Kong when required.

Corporate Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and corporate support functions.
  • Manage office facilities, office supplies, company assets, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals, licences, permits, and corporate records.
  • Maintain contracts, company documents, and administrative records.
  • Support Directors and Management with administrative projects and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM requirements, and payroll administration.
  • Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance independently.
  • Proficient in OpenSoft and Info-Tech HR Software.
  • Experience handling medical claims and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities across three related companies.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
