Job description:

  • Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination
  • Office tasks including printing, booking, and other tasks vary based on the work
  • Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database(liaise with China HR), all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
  • Responsible for payroll processing, administer leave & training records
  • Facilitate and assist in recruitment, conduct orientation for new hires, process work pass and employment pass application
  • Maintain & update personal files of employees
  • Provide full administrative support to Human Resources Department so as to ensure given task are effectively managed and completed within deadlines
  • Seek and compare quotations from various suppliers on procurement of office equipment & supplies (as and when required)
  • Handle travel arrangements like flight and hotel bookings, airport transfers, handle our colleagues visa, employment pass applications etc
  • Any other adhoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good knowledge of local Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
  • Adoption of HR best practices
