Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination
Office tasks including printing, booking, and other tasks vary based on the work
Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database(liaise with China HR), all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
Responsible for payroll processing, administer leave & training records
Facilitate and assist in recruitment, conduct orientation for new hires, process work pass and employment pass application
Maintain & update personal files of employees
Provide full administrative support to Human Resources Department so as to ensure given task are effectively managed and completed within deadlines
Seek and compare quotations from various suppliers on procurement of office equipment & supplies (as and when required)
Handle travel arrangements like flight and hotel bookings, airport transfers, handle our colleagues visa, employment pass applications etc
Any other adhoc duties
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Good knowledge of local Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
