Job Scope &Requirement:
- Support daily HR and administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, interview coordination, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records, leave, attendance, medical claims, and personal data in the HR system.
- Prepare employee letters and coordinate with external vendors for system-related matters.
- Any other duties assigned by the HR team.
- Min 1-2 years working experience as Admin.
- Min. NITEC in Admin and above.
- MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Meticulous, responsible & able to work independently.
