Manage and support in HR, office admin, sales and operations functions
Oversee office recruitment and staff onboarding
Fulfill foreign recruitment from Prior Approval application (work permit quota), work pass application and renewal, security bond, logistics to dormitory arrangements, of all related companies
Payroll management ensuring timely and accurate submission, including all statutory submissions, employment income submissions, etc.
Oversee and lead the sales and operations team
Engage and escalate direct to clients for unresolved accounts receivables
Oversee company's accreditations audit including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and various class society accreditations
Ensure operations staff credentials and medical remain valid
Ensure all company's licensing and permit matters are in compliance
Administer, review and renew all company's insurances
General support to the Director
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management or equivalent
At least 8-10 years relevant work experience
Initiative, organised, meticulous, resourceful and ability to work independently
Leadership skills advantageous
Maintain strict confidentiality of information
