Job Description

Overview: -

  • Monthly Salary: UP $3000 + AWS
  • 5.5 Working Days
  • Mon to Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Sat: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (As and when necessary)

Your Responsibilities: -

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job vacancies on various platforms coordinating with recruitment agencies screening candidates arranging interviews and preparing employment contracts.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and managing clearance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, managing both physical and digital files monitor and renew all staff passes ahead of expiry.
  • Handle applications and renewals for Jurong Island Pass, Jurong Port Pass, PSA Pass for haulage drivers, Changi Airport CAC Pass, and PCS Permanent Passes.
  • Assist the HR/Admin Manager in planning and organizing team events, employee engagement activities, and office initiatives.

You will need: -

  • Min Diploma holder.
  • Min 3 years exp in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
