Responsibilities:
Handle key HR processes for designated business units which include payroll, work pass, insurance administration, recruitment, training and development, disciplinary and grievances, employee engagement / relations, and other HR & Office Administration.
. Timely submission of Government survey, monitoring and ensure on time submission of statutory reimbursements, e.g. government paid leave, waiver of foreign workers levy, etc.
. Work closely with the line managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and programs.
Requirements:
Min. Poly. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
