Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination (job postings, screening, interview arrangements).
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Support HR initiatives, policies, and compliance matters.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities matters.
  • Liaise with vendors of office services (cleaning, maintenance, supplies).
  • Coordinate company events, staff activities, and internal communications.
  • Support management in administrative reporting and documentation.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR & admin experience in SME environment.
  • Familiar with basic HR practices, recruitment, and staff administration.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office HR system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
