Job Description

Human Resource & Admin Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Human Resource & Admin Manager to oversee the company's human resource functions and office administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in HR practices, employee management and office administration, with strong communication and organisational skills.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Functions

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation and offboarding processes
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and maintain employee records
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, CPF submissions and employee claims
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and company HR policies
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee enquiries and maintain positive employee relations
  • Coordinate training and staff development activities
  • Assist management in manpower planning and HR reporting

AdministrativeFunctions

  • Oversee daily office administrative operations and ensure smooth office management
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor coordination
  • Handle company insurance, licences, subscriptions and general documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and company events where required
  • Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees
