Job Description

During your internship, you may be involved in:

  1. General HR administration
  2. Customer Service - Answer phone enquiries, attend to walk-in enquiries
  3. Perform data entry
  4. Office Maintenance
  5. Manage all agreements and contracts - includes outsourcing and non-outsourcing assessments
  6. Employee Well-Being & Engagement: Assist in staff engagement programmes and workplace wellness initiatives, including programme planning, coordination and analytics for reporting.
  7. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

By the end of this internship, you will:

  • Gain holistic experience through hands-on experience in various HR & Admin functions.
  • Develop project management and process improvement skills through involvement in projects.
  • Strengthen your professional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills through cross-functional collaboration.

You are best equipped for this role if you are:

  1. Polytechnic or university undergraduates in Human Resource Management, Business, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
  2. Able to commit for 4 to 6 months from December 2025. Please indicate your period of availability in your resume.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) comfortable with handling data and reports.
  4. A team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
  5. Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  6. Interested in understanding HR practices within banking industry
