During your internship, you may be involved in:
- General HR administration
- Customer Service - Answer phone enquiries, attend to walk-in enquiries
- Perform data entry
- Office Maintenance
- Manage all agreements and contracts - includes outsourcing and non-outsourcing assessments
- Employee Well-Being & Engagement: Assist in staff engagement programmes and workplace wellness initiatives, including programme planning, coordination and analytics for reporting.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
By the end of this internship, you will:
- Gain holistic experience through hands-on experience in various HR & Admin functions.
- Develop project management and process improvement skills through involvement in projects.
- Strengthen your professional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills through cross-functional collaboration.
You are best equipped for this role if you are:
- Polytechnic or university undergraduates in Human Resource Management, Business, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Able to commit for 4 to 6 months from December 2025. Please indicate your period of availability in your resume.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) comfortable with handling data and reports.
- A team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
